Return Policy

At Alienation Portal LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we’re happy to help with returns and exchanges under the guidelines below.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all accessories included.
Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Digital products or downloadable items.
Customized or personalized products.
Final sale, clearance, or discounted items.
Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Us – Email us at [alienationportal@gmail.com/https://www.alienationportalllc.com/contact] with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos (if applicable).
2. Receive Authorization – We’ll provide you with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
3. Ship Your Item – Pack the item securely and ship it using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Processing – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns and will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account after processing.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery at [alienationportal@gmail.com/https://www.alienationportalllc.com/contact] with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll either offer a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If the return is due to our error, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.
No restocking fee applies to defective, incorrect, or damaged items.
